Who Are We?

Axé Capoeira Türkiye was founded with classes that began in Ankara in 2003. The Ankara Capoeira Association, founded the same year, became Türkiye's first official capoeira association. Today, as the Türkiye branch of Grupo Axé Capoeira, founded by Mestre Barrão, we teach capoeira to children's and adult groups in Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Antalya, Trabzon, Sinop and Şanlıurfa.
